Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as GTC, are concluded between:

CULTURE EMULSION EVENT MANAGEMENT, based in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, IRIS TOWER Office 9C12, Dubai Economic Department License 703008

And between any natural or legal person, individual or professional, private law or public law wishing to engage in one or more services provided by Culture Emulsion, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

Article 2 – Purpose

The Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms of sale between Culture Emulsion and the Customer, from the order online and until the beginning of the service.

Article 3 – Benefits

The services governed by these T & Cs are those appearing on the website and which are indicated as sold. They are proposed in the limit of places available. The services are described and present with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractual. Culture Emulsion reserves the right to cancel the course or training for insufficient staff. The concerned Customers will be informed before the beginning of the service.

Article 4 – Rates

All our prices are quoted TTC.

Article 5 – The order

Once the order has been validated, the Customer will have to fill in his details, his payment terms and finally accept the GTC, this last step formalizing the service contract between Culture Emulsion and the Customer. Culture Emulsion will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it is validated by sending an email. The contract will then be concluded at the date and time of the acknowledgment of receipt of the order.

A later e-mail will specify the place and time of the start of the service.

Article 6 – Terms of payment

Payment is due upon order. Payment of services online is by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash at the office of Culture Emulsion. Payments by credit card are made through a secure system so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding Article L.121-20-1, 1 ° of the French Code of Consumption and for any new contract subscribed, Culture Emulsion grants the Customer a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from the date of the acknowledgment of receipt of the order by email and entitles the Customer to the reimbursement of sums already paid as soon as possible and at the latest 14 (fourteen) days after the date on which the Customer exercised his right of withdrawal. During this period, the Customer may request reimbursement without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.

Means of reimbursement

Culture Emulsion will refund you by credit card or check your order. The refund will be effective no later than 14 days from the day Culture Emulsion is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, in any event, this refund will not result in any costs to you.

Article 8 – Signature and evidence

In any case, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will be proof of the completeness of the said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be worth the sums committed by the seizure of Services listed on the order form. This validation constitutes signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the website. However, in case of fraudulent use of his credit card, the Customer is invited, upon the finding of this use, to contact Culture Emulsion. The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Culture Emulsion and its partners under reasonable conditions of safety, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

Article 9 – Liability

Culture Emulsion is committed to providing all services to the performance of the services. On the other hand, the responsibility of Culture Emulsion can not be committed in the case where the non-performance of its obligations would be attributable to the contract to a case of force majeure as defined by the French jurisprudence or to a strike. Similarly, the responsibility of Culture Emulsion can not be engaged in the online order for all the inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to French law. In case of failure of an amicable procedure, any dispute arising from these Terms will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. This clause of jurisdiction will not apply to the case of litigation with a non-professional Client for whom the legal rules of material and geographical competence will apply.

This clause is stipulated in the interest of the society Culture Emulsion which reserves the right to renounce it if it wishes it.

Article 11 – Acceptance of trainee

These Terms are expressly agreed and accepted by the Customer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge, and waives, therefore, to avail himself of any contradictory document. General terms and conditions applicable to registration for courses offered in the United Arab Emirates

Purpose and scope

The present general conditions of sale (the “GTC”) are applicable to all Emulsion Culture Courses offered in Emirities territory by Culture Emulsion subscribed and a Customer via the website www.culture-emulsion.com.

The Customer declares to have read these general conditions of sale before placing his order. The validation of his order implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of the GTC. The GTC apply to the exclusion of any other document. Culture Emulsion reserves the right to modify at any time these GTC by publishing a new version on the Site. The terms and conditions applicable to the contract are those in force on the date of validation of registration for Culture Emulsion courses.

Registration confirmation

Upon receipt of payment of the order, a confirmation of registration will be sent to the Customer by email. A later e-mail will specify the place and time of the invitation to Culture Emulsion. Any registration may then be canceled due to the unavailability of the course (or training) to which the Client has registered so that other replacement hours may be proposed to the Customer, who will be entitled to accept them or cancel your registration without fees. In addition, Culture Emulsion reserves the right to cancel the course for insufficient staff. The concerned Clients will be informed before the beginning of the course.

IT and freedoms

The personal information that is communicated by the Customer to Culture Emulsion in application and in the execution of orders may be communicated to the contractual partners of Culture Emulsion for the purposes of said orders.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to these files, the Customer may write to Culture Emulsion to oppose such communication of information concerning him. He may also at any time exercise his rights of access and rectification in the Culture Emulsion file.
